This policy specifies how Simar automatisering B.V. ("Simar") uses cookies and similar technologies on the website https://simar.nl ("Cookie Policy").

3. Which cookies and techniques do we use?

  • Functional cookies and storage. These are necessary for the technical operation of the website, for example to remember your cookie choice. No consent is required for this.
  • Analytical cookies (Google Analytics). These help us understand how visitors use our website, by collecting and reporting data. We only place these cookies after you have given consent via the cookie banner. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.
  • Forms (Zoho Forms). The contact and demo forms on our website are provided by Zoho Forms (Zoho Corporation B.V., data centers in the European Union) and embedded in the page. Zoho may place functional cookies that are necessary for the operation and security of the form.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties.

4. How can you manage cookies and cookie settings?

Cookie settings on our website. On your first visit, we ask via the cookie banner for your consent for analytical cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Change consent" button at the bottom of this page or via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the website.

Browser settings. In most internet browsers it is possible to adjust the browser settings so that you receive a warning before a cookie is placed. In addition, you can delete cookies that have already been placed. Please note that you must adjust these settings separately for each browser and each computer you use. 6. List of cookies and storage

  • shd-consent-v2 (local storage in your browser, not a cookie). Stores your cookie choice, so that we do not need to ask again on every visit. Retention period: 12 months, after which we ask for your choice again. Type: functional.
  • _ga (Google Analytics). Registers a unique ID for the visitor, to distinguish whether the same user returns. Retention period: 2 years. Type: analytical, only with your consent.
  • _ga_ followed by an identifier of our Google Analytics property (Google Analytics). Stores the status of your visit session. Retention period: 2 years. Type: analytical, only with your consent.
  • Cookies from Zoho Forms within the embedded form. Necessary for the operation and security of the form. Retention period: according to Zoho's cookie policy. Type: functional.

Simar can amend this Cookie Policy. New versions are always published on our website. This Cookie Policy was last changed in September 2026.
